Our goal at On The Fly Sports Cards is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If something isn't right, please let us know, and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Because many of our products are unique or limited-edition collectibles, all return and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is significantly different from its description, please contact us at ontheflysportscards1@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.

Please contact us before returning any merchandise so we can review the situation and provide instructions.

Any approved returns, refunds, or replacements will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
